Private Sales
While we are estate agents, in business to
sell houses, we recognise that some people would rather arrange their own sale
if they can. However without access to the main market place in the area which
estate agents collectively create, even the most enthusiastic private seller can
be somewhat handicapped.
If you want to buy a property which we are offering for sale, you will appreciate
that we could not recommend our client to take the property off the market when
the prospective purchaser has not sold their own house. When we are not instructed
we can have no way of knowing how likely you are to be able to go ahead with the
transaction.
